2nd lesson Patrick

One-a these days I'll get those eyebrows and cheeks. Gotta pay more attention to perspective and sizes, and getting the egg shape accurate. I'm having a lot of fun with the angles, as tricky as it is. And it's really developing my draftsmanship.

I wanna see everyone else's!

I need to catch up, but I will post soon!

Good work, Patrick! Just remember to measure with your pencil and finger.

Hey Patrick,

Your drawings are really improving quickly. They all look very Blair like. Just bring in the back of the head on the 4th one, and it will look good. the mouth shape looks almost perfect. I'm still having trouble with that.

I know what you mean about floating shapes (eyebrows, cheeks). I always mess those up. Very frustrating!

Trevor, David - Yeah, admittedly I didn't measure the head all the way on the 4th one. I'd decided to see if I had developed an eye for it naturally, looks like I still need to work on it. ~I also forgot to double-check it >:(

I like how the cheeks on the 3rd one look 3d. Nice work.

Really nice improvements. The head shape is nice on #2, and the face is really close on #4.

I heard a good tip, I never used it yet, but I might try it with lesson 3. You draw the construction on one peice of paper, then with another piece you do the details that wrap around it. I'll find the link when I can and send it to you.
