Techniques will be perfected, eyes will become sharper, and we will go from good to great. Honest, constructive, and sincere (not mean-spirited) comments are welcomed and appreciated. We will focus primarily on animation principles with flexibility on other subjects (technology, clean-up).

It looks like you did a nice job!
You should lower the opacity of your drawing though, so that Preston's original drawing shows through yours a little more. You also might try drawing a little thinner and lighter, just for the purposes of comparing it to preston's.
